HubSpot, the US cloud-based company offer a complete CRM solution to over 95,000 customers worldwide.

Preempt began working with HubSpot in 2019, providing a full Facility Management service at their European Headquarters, HubSpot House, in Dublin.

The building comprises 120,000 square foot of prime office space across 5 floors.

In 2020, the building was named as Ireland’s first LEED V4 platinum building and features energy conservation measures that will reap long term cost and environmental impact benefits over the 20-year lease life cycle.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have introduced a range of workspace optimisation measures, for instance, the introduction of an entirely touch-free check in process for entrants to the building, touch-free permit to work process for incoming contractors and a one way building circulation system.

Preempt’s extensive metrics on energy usage, waste management and water quality monitoring ensuring the building operates to its maximum potential in supporting HubSpot staff as they continue to ‘Grow Better’ in the Irish and international market.
