Founded in 2018, Preempt has become a leading property and facilities management company.
We manage multiple properties, providing multiple services to clients, including managing 120,000 square feet of LEED Platinum space in Dublin City Centre. Located in the heart of Dublin, Preempt provides property and facilities services to clients across Ireland, UK and Germany with almost 100 employees across Ireland, UK & Europe.
Our specialist property and facilities management division have decades of combined experience in managing the most complex assets for some of the world’s leading companies.
The Preempt team manages properties across Ireland, UK and Europe. These include major city centre office developments, business parks, industrial estates and landmark mixed-use developments. Our clients range from private asset owners to major international investment funds and property companies.
